THE PLANNING PROCESS
If the prospect of getting a new roof, re-siding your home or hanging gutters seems like a daunting task, you can be assured that Black Hills Exteriors will guide you through each step of the planning process.
In your first meeting with our professionals, you will discuss your price point, objectives, and timeline of your project. We will also want to discuss with you the most exciting aspect of the remodeling process – your “wish list.” What are the things want most for your home – The curb appeal you positively cannot live without? Go ahead, be creative. Dare to dream!
During the follow-up meeting, you’ll go over final selections and begin the process to a new looking home. Once your selections have been made , and the contract signed, the permits are pulled and the construction will begin.
We understand that before, during, and after each meeting, you’ll have questions, which is why our team is always available for questions, concerns, selection and design changes, progress updates, and anything else you would like to discuss.
